It’s about reimagining ourselves and unashamedly shouting out our gifts to the world, at the precise time of our lives when everyone would prefer us to quietly disappear. My journey through menopause and beyond has constituted the richest period of my life. Yes, elderhood begins with an often-shattering physical conflagration, and it ends in certain death. But we all have choices about how to approach these final decades of our life. We can see it as a drawn-out process of terminal decline, or we can see it as the beginning of a new adventure. 'Hagitude' – both the book, and the membership program which derives from it – holds up, and holds out for, the possibility of a new adventure.

☀ Tinnitus a Adaptation-Problem ?
Below research shows that defects in the Ear or Vestibular-System
can be the result of a DNA-problem ... it shows that Tinnitus could be caused by a Adaptation-Problem of the Vestibular-System
Obviously in case of (Subjective) Tinnitus, this specific adaptation-problem does not cure itself later in life by some kind of later "Re-Adaptation" or "Update"
It obviously needs more generations before it adapts ... it seems to be a very slow adaption-process ... maybe this even takes more then one generation to adapt.
So if it was adapted to the situation in some generations ago and the Environment (Sun/Earth/Magentic Filed/Schumann) changed after that ... then it would be not adapted anymore ... (causing tinnitus) ..that's my theory.
It could take at least one or more generations before it is adapted again ... thats why i say we should help it adapt and find ways to re-tune it to the current situation .. i already found various possible (non-invasive) ways to do that ... they should be at minimal tested by researchers.

ПОНИМАНИЕ И ОСОЗНАНИЕ

Our Organic reality in this Solar System and Planet is based on a spacing of 4, and/or 8, and/or 16 - and all apply really - they are just different in Organic lifes’ micro and macro tiers - The Human microcosm is first and foremost in regards to “spacing” - based on 8 and then 16 in regards to whole octave “spacing”. The planet is based first and foremost on “4” - and the solar system is based first and foremost on “8” ...
Our Organic reality in regards to “Points” of reference - or “Notes” within that whole “16” based spacing of an octave is in actuality all about “14” - not “12” ...
There are 12 Points of Reference within the 16 based spacing - yet there is then also the Top of the Octave “endpoint” of the “B#” Note and the “C” Note - the “beginning” AND “end” mark of the Octave ... The “C” note is still present and is in fact the only note that is accurate and aligned with Nature. So where is the 2nd note that is removed? It’s the E# Note ...
This “lower mid half” AND “end” Notes of the octave are intentionally not honoured in today’s 12 Note systems of music ... This is intentionally done by removing the E# note - which is what “receives” the “666” of Nature - which is Yang energy - and by removing the B# Note the Masculine “endpoint / end marker” of the Octave - which also just so happens to honour Yang energy - So, both notes that are to honour and assist one in receiving Yang energy - have been removed through the botched mainstream 12 Note musical system.
When one places “14” Points of Reference in the “16” based octave spacing - this assists in minimizing polarized Yin energy influxes and it also assists in facilitating the “calling” and “enticing” of Light / Yang energy - to Yin / Earth energy - and this occurs “THROUGH” the Human Microcosm - if the individual Microcosm honours both of their polarities within themselves ...
If one works with just 12 Points of Reference (Notes) within the 16 based Spacing - it perpetuates Yin energy influxes to the Crown / Masculine polarity - with no return to base / Earth (Yin)
Why? Because there is no “B#” Note in the 12 Note Tunings to mark and honour the Yang “end” of the Octave.
This missing B# in combination with no “E#” Note moves the whole Octave of a 12 Note system “up” compared to the 14 Note systems’ Notes - which makes the “A” Note of the 12 Note system an actual “A# to B” Note of the Organically aligned 14 Note system - meaning that the A Notes of the botched 12 Note system are unnatural and “Top Heavy” - just like the mainstream New Age 7 Chakra system that places 4 Chakras above the middle zero point line and only 3 Chakras below the middle zero point line.
14 Note Tunings honour BOTH the Yin and Yang end of the Octave - and honour and therefore facilitate the container to contain and “cycle / oscillate” both Yin and Yang energy within - that which is Original Blueprint “Light” - the fusion of Yin and Yang - not JUST Yang ...

I get this question fairly often, so I wanted to look into it.
First of all, to answer your question: Yes, Aluminum foil, much like Aluminum mesh, will shield against most wavelength radio frequency radiation.
Even better? Aluminum foil is Super Cheap!
Now let’s dive into this a bit deeper and find out how, and why, aluminum foil blocks radiation.

Does Aluminum Foil Protect Against Radio Frequency Radiation?
Aluminum foil does block, or shield, radio frequency waves. Since the Aluminum is a conductor of electricity, it forms a barrier often called a Faraday Cage, entirely stopping the radio waves.
You can try this for yourself. Get a large sheet of aluminum foil, lay it out flat, set your cell phone on top and wrap it up. Now try calling it, the phone won’t have any signal. These radio waves are a form of EMF radiation. The aluminum foil acts as a barrier and completely blocks those waves.
If you’ve heard of a Faraday cage before, it’s essentially just a structure, often made of a wire mesh of a metal like aluminum, that completely blocks radio and microwave radiation.
The thickness of the metal does not matter, the super thin aluminum foil will work just as well as a thick and heavy sheet of metal. The important factor is that there are no holes larger than the shortest wavelength of the radio or microwaves trying to enter.
Have a look at your microwave. Almost every microwave window has a subtle metal mesh layered in. This is a Faraday cage material, like aluminum, made small enough that the microwave radiation can’t exit.

As visible light passes through the atmosphere, tiny particles cause certain wavelengths or colours in the light spectrum to scatter. The further the distance, such as at sunrise and sunset when the sun is low on the horizon, the more colours are scattered.
Purple and blue have the shortest wavelengths so they are scattered out most easily. The remaining colours able to reach our eyes are the ones with longer wavelengths like orange and red.
The exact colour we see depends on how far away the sun is and the amount of particles in the atmosphere such as dust, pollution and water droplets. In the case of a purple sunrise or sunset, cloud cover needs to be present.
Pink wavelengths, caused by the sunrise or sunset, create an optical illusion as they reflect off the base of clouds. However, when these clouds are dark or the sky behind the cloud is dark, this pink can seem like purple.

July 8, 2022. Earth Wobble Pole Axis Drift & Tilt Update:
EARTH'S MOST EXTREME DRIFT AND TILT EVER
Evidence the binary sun and planetary system is getting nearer as Earth is coming into its frontside alignment with it again this year in its position in our solar system.
I've never seen it in this positon before. We are in uncharted territory. The earthquakes should ramp up exponentially now.
Over the year the North Pole forms a circle when viewed from above the ecliptic. This graph shows Earth's wobble as seen from above. (See charts and graphs in comment section.)
The axis dots on the graph form a circle and show the years axis tilt variation.
This chart shows the wobble, tilt and drift from Earth's normal axis point from 2013 to today.
Earth's path of 2021 is in brown. In 2021 we reached our furthest distance from the Zero Axis point on August 8, 2021. This gave us the direction of the incoming binary system and Destroyer.
Earth's path of 2022 is in yellow.
This year we see Earth is making an extremely wide turn in its radius and is at its furthest distance EVER from its normal position from 2013, (its Zero Axis point of 2013). This signifies that the binary Sun's magnetic force and influence to Earth is growing stronger.
The magnetic lock and push/pull on Earth from this massive nearing magnetic celestial perturber in our solar system shows the drift outward is reaching its most maximum tilt to date. Even much further than last month. I've never seen it this far out. This also shows the months are out of place as well.
In 2013 Earth's wobble was almost normal. But as you can see, in 2014 the Sun's binary twin, the brown dwarf, the great, fiery red dragon, aka the Planet X system, began its extreme influence on us.
Mainstream media disclosed that "Earth's Axis Has Shifted" in their April 23, 2021 news coverage. This is concrete proof. This wobble and drift is directly connected to Earth's ongoing magnetic pole reversal, pole shift, failing magnetic field, magnetosphere disturbance, atmospheric compression, jet stream collapse and weather extremes.
The data from Mavstar Observatory shows we are now approximately 6.15 - 8.15 months away from the 40° degree mark which is approximately 32 miles to the 40° mark. A report is circulating that we are .75° degrees away from the 40° mark. We are starting to see compass anomalies now and constellation anomalies now. I have no idea of the solidity of any of this particular data as to distance and time remains at this point.
The data from the Paris Observatory appears solid which is an exact match with Schumann Resonance data from the GCMS Magnetometer.
Any of this can change at any given moment, as it has proven to do so in the past. The 40° degree mark is the point we enter Earth's weakest magnetic field strength, where not only a magnetic flip occurs, but will also trigger a geophysical flip as well.

The center that says zero axis wobble does not mean no tilt. The axis itself is tilted and produces the seasons, so even with no wobble we still have seasons. The drift really is the slight variations in the axis which is already tilted and wobbling."
