Techniques for reclaiming the body include sacred sex, hypnosis, embedded tissue memory work, and kinesthetic arts. Sex can also be enhanced by a variety of aesthetic and therapeutic means, including the 64 sexual arts, described in ancient literature. As ever, sex can be a double-edged sword, hurting, healing, or initiating, and that choice remains ours. It remains a challenge throughout our life-span. Such issues, including inequality and aggression, have become a greater concern than sex as a metaphor for happiness. The key dynamics are dissociation and association. New cultural forms are emerging. Fear of transgression is widespread. As a therapist, I would suggest that the interaction is much clearer in practice if a person has done their own personal work on the related issues, rather than playing them out unconsciously in relationships. Naturally, to a greater or lesser extent we continue to project and let others ‘carry’ parts of our own potential. Desire is programmed, and the ‘object’ is merely a (changing) means to an end, and sometimes self-deception. Sex has a shadow that goes by many names including sex and relationship addictions. There is no shortage of ‘intimacy coaches’ or workshop instruction in the erotic and relational arts. Like all rites of passage, it is a matter of crossing the threshold from one state of consciousness to another by encountering the life force and unconscious. Like the French ‘petit mort,’ it involves the death of the old self and symbolic birth or rebirth of the new self-possessed identity. From robbing rituals to disrobing, we are preceded by eons of human sexual practice of presentation, and gifting or offering. We should also not lose sight of the fact that a big part of our sexuality takes place in our dreams, from which we can draw inspiration and self-knowledge otherwise hidden. We may even dream of ourselves as ‘prey’ when we are not victims in life. There are many facets of femininity but we don’t have to act them all out. Psychological space is the edge of freedom. We can reclaim the divinity of our bodies that may have been lost in a profane world that criticizes, abuses, represses, or thwarts our sexual expression. We can heal any shame-based attitudes, romantic assumptions, obsolete programming, and dissociations, or the wounds and trauma inflicted on us by the toxic behaviors of others. We can banish sexual ‘ghosts’ and learn to bring our whole selves into the sexual experience. Wounding opens us to compassion. - See more at: http://wildhunt.org/2016/06/guest-post-reclaiming-the-sexual-self-through-magic-and-ritual-part-one.html#sthash.0WFbg56L.dpuf
I AM COMING OUT AS A HUMAN BEING In POETRY by Kathrine Elizabeth Lorena Johansson1 Comment I am coming out as a human being, with something that wants to float through the heart, and entangle rhythmic pounding beats into new elastic string symphonies It is just because my heart is forcing its way through thousands of thin facade fragments that crack like pupa skin into a kaleidoscope of energy that finds the narrowness of mental logic too imprisoning I’m coming out as an erotic being. It’s not because I personify the golden ratio, or subscribe to stiff Hollywood smiles. And it is also not because I have been pardoned with other status tags from pop culture It is rather because brute evolutionary force presses its way through blood filled supply lines, just as it pleases. Leaving demanding injunctions to fill up the limbs by a will to move I’m coming out as a human being, through whom life seeks to unfold itself, against silently embedded streams of petrifying thoughts about women, who are forced to pull upon themselves masculine lust like a piece of striped fabric that sucks up viable kundalini tremblings. I am coming out as a human being. Dancing heavily over the cutout doll that my culture asked me to express, which colonialized inner juices, with a metallically squeaking flock of economic men, and other of the one percent’s subtle trickeries …chains, lying there, gasping for breath, in the insubstantial automatized twittering of thought, and the wheat filled anti-vibrations of the DNA I am coming out as a human being. Jumping over categorically heavy obligations to the unemployment office and its self-worth devouring croissants; Moved into thousands of floating states of being. I am coming out as a researcher, into millions of cells and the tuned games of cranial nerves. Like the cat beating around the fear, I jump right into the middle of the branches, dancing from my feet and up, until I lose track no longer able to discern heaven from earth It is not because, I am participating in a talent show. It is rather because the pressure of the organs doesn’t give a damn about scheduled hours, dried out intuitions, or futile digital systematizations. It is because, as a human being, I feel that I am you. And I feel that you are me. And because the body, soul and spirit, long to filter into ecologically moving cycles of planetary whispers Into our common ear It is most of all because, I love me, just as I love you. And because the force, just wants us, to throw ourselves right into the dance

Today, we define our own concept of existence, of meaning, of the universe, and of the mystery of human life. Naturally, we tend to combine innovation with tradition for a more adaptable, fluid, and dynamic view, incorporating current perspectives.
In a materialist culture, while guarding against our delusions, how can we confront the problems of living an ethical life in a society plagued by dissension, vice, and corruption? We tend to forge our own approach to well-being, even if consulting wisdom traditions and modern research, rather than forcing a singular point of view. Perhaps our answers are in the riddles of life, the gaps, not a singular belief.
Archaic influences remain within us -- the preliterate culture of poetry, song, and myth; unconscious, lived in a magical integral world patterned by myth and ritual. Each time our vision scans over the inner landscape we experience new impressions, flowing from one experience to the next. Awareness is self-arising waves of potential from which different potential outcomes of reality and perceived outcomes emerge.
Jung spoke of the two-million year old human within us, the ancestral soul – the primal soul. The instinctive self, rooted in nature, speaks the forgotten symbolic language of the unconscious. Our unconscious still functions like it did four million years ago as complementary facets of a deeper reality emerging in amplified symbols.

Imagine for a moment that the fate of the entire human race rested on your shoulders alone. That humanity's evolution out of brute self-interest depended entirely on your willingness to transform your consciousness.
What if you knew that the human race could advance past its smallness and negative conditioning --if you only became an exemplar of humanity's highest potential for the world? Imagine that for you, evolving beyond ego became an evolutionary imperative.
Would you approach your path any differently? Would the energy you brought to your spiritual practice intensify? Would the quality of awareness and care with which you approached your interactions with others become more profound? Would you find yourself reaching with inner muscles you didn't even know you had to actually stay awake to the depth you've tasted in your most profound spiritual moments? If you knew it all rested on you, would you have any choice but to change?
The Indian sage Ramana Maharshi once said that the spiritual aspirant must want liberation like a drowning person wants air. Why? Because the challenges of authentic spiritual growth and transformation are so great that most of us will choose to continue suffering in our smallness, rather than feel the pain of allowing that smallness to die forever.
Modern science has in recent decades been verifying what the ancient traditions intuited long ago: that, in both tangible and mysterious ways, we are all interconnected. Any one of us can have a profound effect on the whole.
Add to that the reality that we are evolving beings living in an evolving universe. We are all part of a grand, cosmic evolutionary process. Then the question of our obligation to the whole starts to cut close to the bone.

https://ionamiller2017.weebly.com/mythic-forms.html MYTHOLOGICAL STUDIES = Mythological Studies explores the understanding of human experience revealed in mythology and in the manifold links between myth and ritual, literature, art, culture, and religious experience. Special attention is given to depth psychology and archetypal approaches to the study of myth.
https://ancestorsandarchetypes.weebly.com/ In nature, we look up and see the past, stars and galaxies millions of years old; then we look down and see the past in the earth, in the bones of dinosaurs and the dust of ancestors, and fossils. Time is the raw material of creation. Ancient mythology has much to teach us about grief and mortality. The Mesopotamian myth, the Descent of Inanna is the earliest written goddess tale. It begins with listening: “From the Great Above she opened her ear to the Great Below.” In Sumerian, the word for ear also means wisdom. Because she seeks wisdom, Inanna is called to listen to the Great Below, the realm of dream, death, depression, and the unconscious. Without knowledge of loss and mortality, engaged individuation, and compassionate mirroring, she is not whole. Deep within the unconscious darkness something new is being born, and Inanna cries out from this pain of giving birth. She returns to life -- lost, humbled, and displaced. We descend into the redeeming darkness, making that walk, not because we want to, but because we must. “All descents provide entry into different levels of consciousness and can enhance life creatively. All of them imply suffering. All of them can serve as initiations. Meditation and dreaming and active imaginations are modes of descent. So too are depressions, anxiety attacks, and experiences with hallucinogenic drugs.” (Perera, 1981) In many ancient myths, descent is an integral part of the Great Feminine Round of Life and Death. We are mortal and vulnerable. We live in a world of catastrophe and chaos, personal loss and social threat. We are thrown down by chaotic defensive furies, such as rage and greed. We are helped up by the dynamics of rebirth. Miraculously, we find our way to life again.

The brain-mind problem is also known as the mind-body problem and by extension mind-matter. How the mind relates to the brain has classically been discussed in terms of monism and dualism - that the mind and brain are one or that the mind and brain are separate. It has long been suggested that the brain functions as a sort of transducer from the universal to the particular. Quantum and sub-quantal phenomena may play an important part in the brain's transducer function. Further, our physical theories and narratives also serve a symbolic function, rooted in philosophical notions about the interface of psyche and matter. If the unconscious is a magical powerhouse that speaks in symbols, our notion of the unconscious is also a symbol of the power of the primal field.
Key Words: mind, scalar field, vacuum fluctuation, biophoton.
The unconscious is the matrix of all metaphysical statements, of all mythology, of all philosophy, and of all expressions of life that are based on psychological premises. -C. W. Jung [1]
In our metaphysics we declare our fantasies about the physical and its transcendence. A metaphysical statement can be seen as a psychological fancy about the relationship between 'matter and spirit'. [...] The archetypal neuros is collective and affects all with the metaphysical affliction. --James Hillman [2]

https://holographicarchetypes.weebly.com/multimind.html
ABSTRACT: The basis of the human psyche seems to be a collective of selves--a multimind in a multiverse. Independent and autonomous, they relate with one another mostly unknown to the outer awareness. The extreme form of splintering seen in Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) simply reflects an extreme form of multiplicity with conflicting perspectives. The "multistate paradigm" of human nature extends toward a psychology and spirituality that is polytheistic, even pantheistic.
Dialogue is a form of imagery which creates and sustains a worldview through the means of imaginal conversations. Within the fabric of multiple centers or vortices within the psyche, an on-going dialogue emerges which ranges from selftalk (ego to ego), through "group" discussion (ego with subpersonalities), to spiritual dialogue (ego with transpersonal entities). Beyond the dialogical realm lies the unspeakable experience (untranslatable) of the Void or Clear Light, the realm of archetypal light and sound as pure consciousness.
The "Word" helps us create and define reality. Conversation as well as observation defines our reality. Dialogue of the self with its various conscious and unconscious forms creates a series of "virtual realities" which form the basis of self-simulation and world-simulation. These forms are limitless in number, far beyond the classic archetypes such as persona, anima/animus, etc, suggesting the notion of "radical pluralism."
"One of the most harmful illusions that can beguile us is probably the belief that we are an indivisible, immutable, totally consistent being....Each of us is a crowd. There can be the rebel and the intellectual, the seducer and the housewife, the saboteur and the aesthete, the organizer and the bon vivant--each with its own mythology, and all more or less comfortably crowded into one single person." --Piero Ferrucci, WHAT WE MAY BE

“The future enters into us, in order to transform itself in us, long before it happens.” -Rilke
We focus on the ability to see the big picture, find relationships between seemingly disconnected phenomena, and develop systems thinking skills. Reductionism as a scientific approach is slowly becoming a thing of the past.We introduce the ideas of complexity, emergence, and self-organization.
Theoretical structure of assumptions, principles, and rules hold together the ideas comprising a broad concept. Conceptual frameworks 'set the stage,' and help us identify and understand how the particular variables in our self-inquiry connect with each other. It is our “map” in pursuing the investigation.
We discuss the importance of modeling and the lack of human intuition when dealing with complex, interconnected systems. We also model multiple perspectives and making mistakes to help develop habits of critical thinking.
Conceptual frameworks help us make conceptual distinctions and organize ideas. Strong conceptual frameworks capture something real and do this in a way that is easy to remember and apply, including include a philosophical and methodological models for self-exploration.

HEALING NARRATIVES -
A Moving Experience
Action is active: the psyche perceives something it wants, and "moves" toward it. Passion, or pathos (suffering) is passive. The psyche suffers something it cannot control or understand, and "is moved" thereby. But in our human experience action and passion are always combined.
There is no movement of the psyche which is pure passion -- totally devoid of purpose and understanding. There is no human action without its component of ill-defined feeling or emotion. Pain, lust, terror, grief, and passion continually arises out of the more formless pathos or affectivity. Purpose arises out of the passion of fear, and is given form through the continued effort to see how the common purpose might still be achieved.
When disruption occurs, the temporary or permanent destruction of our sense of "fit" with society calls into question our personhood, sense of identity, and sense of normalcy. It can strike at every aspect of life from self-image, to sexuality, life plans, even ability to get a good night's sleep.
Usually the theme is loss, but simultaneously many aspects of the experience may give life meaning, distressing though it is. Biomedical diagnoses shape our discourses on normalcy. Diagnosis makes concrete what was previously indeterminate. It creates the goal and desire to return to normal, which is also shaped by societal discourse.
Like good biographers, we instinctively edit our life stories into an "organic" form - the plot.
The purpose of plot-making is to represent one 'complete action.' We don't tell everything about ourselves, even to ourselves. We choose only those salient features which lead toward a satisfactory culmination, in the short or long term. We are being selective, rather than secretive, to lend coherence to our tale. It gives us a sense of greater consistency, and introjects a cultural or universal, as well as personal angle. Plot unfoldment is the unifying element of narrative.
Plot is the first principle, the very soul of tragedy. Plot-making forms story into an actual tragedy, bringing potential for catharsis or purging of the emotions of fear and pity. Purging us of our emotions helps us reconcile with our fate, because we come to understand it as the universal human lot.
Catharsis or purgation can mean either the cleansing of the body (a medical term) or the cleansing of the spirit (a spiritual term). It is a movement of spirit from ignorance to insight. A complete action passes through the modes of purpose and pathos to the final perception. Both action and character are formed of our ill-defined feelings and emotions, appetites and fears, but this element of pathos is essential.
Thus, tragedy speaks to the mind, soul, and spirit. The "end" of tragedy is the purgation of passion, and the embodiment of a universal truth, analogous to the purposes of spiritual ritual. Paradoxically, tragedy gives us pleasure, even with its images of conflict, terror and suffering.
Perhaps it is the promise of catharsis, which may or may not come, in an unpredictable real life tragedy. Poetry expresses the universal, but our histories express the particular. The appeal of tragedy is, in the last analysis inexplicable, rooted as it is in our instincts and mysterious human nature.
Our instinctive editing is in fact driven by cultural considerations about disruption, as its ritualistic aspect implies. Thus, the same topics emerge over and over again in stories by those from the same cultural background. They reveal what we consider most meaningful about our lives. Do we find ourselves sympathetic or unsympathetic characters in our own story? Or, do we or others judge us as simply pathetic ? Some themes remain dominant, while others recede into the background until another chaotic disruption brings them to the fore again.
Life Themes and Memes
Themes are cultural "memes" which also help us make sense of our experiences. Our stories may be highly influenced by a complex dynamic interaction of memes (cultural "viruses"), mirror neurons (biological capacity for imitation), poetics (emergent dramatic expression), and embodiment (embodied distress or normalcy).
The theory of memes describes them as a form of information that sculpts minds and culture as they spread through imitation. Memes are likened to informational "viruses," and the DNA of human society because of their ability to propagate. Because of their ability to replicate themselves, they influence every aspect of mind, behavior and culture.
Memes are the cultural equivalent of DNA. This notion undermines some of our cherished illusions about individuality. We are neither the slaves of our genes nor rational free agents creating culture, art, science and technology for our own happiness.

We are neither the slaves of our genes nor rational free agents creating culture, art, science and technology for our own happiness.
https://ionamiller.weebly.com/healing-narratives.html HEALING NARRATIVES - A Moving Experience Action is active: the psyche perceives something it wants, and "moves" toward it. The purpose of plot-making is to represent one 'complete action.' We should locate scientific understanding within a wider view of knowledge that gives equally serious consideration to other metanarratives and forms of human insight and experience.Perhaps we must learn to respect both domains to understand fully the world in which we live. We can conveniently call the scientific perspective “physics” and the stereoscopic view “metaphysics,” which goes beyond (“meta”) the purview of science alone. Both provide what we can call a “working” knowledge of reality for getting things done, whether they are an entirely accurate reflection of Reality, or not. There is no unique way to go from physics to metaphysics. Although the reductionist scientific view does not determine the full nature of the existential field, it imposes certain requirements and restrictions on it. Both systems function as socially-structured language games. But even the most reliable map reveals virtually nothing about the detail of the terrain. Both scientific and metaphysical theories or models must be beautiful: elegant, economical, and coherent, despite any application of their criteria. Metaphysics must explain the entire set of phenomena fundamental to human experience. This can be done, as in physics, from a top-down or bottom-up approach. In science, top-down means from the cosmological to the subquantal level of observation. In metaphysics, we work from the biological/emotional/mental to transpersonal or archetypal levels of experience and expression. In physics, matter/energy is foundational, while metaphysics considers consciousness even more fundamental. Quantum or nonlocal mind models also reflect the later. We can examine a wide or narrow view of the nature of Reality and our own nature, both scope and detail.

Where does love come from? God sends it through my integrity From here I can make an imprint http://levekunst.com/author/kathrine-johansson/
This is an exert from a book in the making:
How do you understand feminine power?
The traditional masculine way of coming into expression is through power, will, direction and clarity. You have to take over someone or something. You have to overcome obstacles, because life is full of resistance. Power is something you take. And withhold by force; one way or the other.
When it comes to expressive power, the mixed way of making yourself and others respect your boundaries is typically called ‘assertion’. This is where you communicate directly and clearly of your needs and boundaries, while seeking to still respect the other part. Now, any individual will find that they need to place themselves where it is most in resonance with their core being; whether male or female. However, since this book concerns finding our essence, we are often also moving at very subtle levels that have not been clear enough to express through vocabularies and action.
Because the tantric energies and kundalini is so present in me, and because my culture has simultaneously demonstrated so much closure towards these levels of being, only recently have I decided to fully step out, openly, in this identity, embracing my feminine-masculine inner balance, and the deep and wide feminine energies that I am able to connect with through my physical being. And from here to explore what feminine power actually is. Since I am very clear within that it is not equal to masculine definitions of power. Since I experience my own power as far more energetic and substantial, than a directed fight for my rights, or seeking to overcome obstacles that need me to be strong and physically or mentally powerful. It is much more an opening of coming into natural being; even universal or cosmic being indeed.
In order to express my decision of never again letting myself down on the basis of a culture that I find represses human vitality too
extensively, I made the video poem: I am coming out as a human being.

The role of nature in unity
It has come into awareness that we need to re-unite ourselves with nature in new ways. Furthermore, to many of us, it is evident that the energies of the planet are being upgraded along the past 3-4 years. Every summer and fall, we have felt the increase of intensity in these shifts. Unity Healing is focussed on those individuals and communities that choose to move with these shifts, both at individual and at collective scales.
We need to come to terms with ourselves on new grounds, and a vital part of this is our re-connection with nature. It is necessary that we acquaint ourselves at deep sensory levels, because this is where the connection is strongest, and most refined. We are being upgraded physically, and that could be likened to the idea of our lowest chakras inhering more and more "pixels" of a higher and clearer vibration. This vibratory state functions as an alignment with the upgraded planetary densities.
Therefore, our re-connection with nature is not solely about moving into nature, or leaving our modern comfortable lives. It is as much an exploration of the nature of ourselves, of our finest embodied levels, and the way that consciousness ties to these levels, and mingles within us like an invisible snake of both micro- and macro dimensions.
When we find ourselves at these levels, we become able also to feel into nature, to talk with nature, to feel empathy with nature, but even more so: to feel nature's empathy with us.
So the first step in the healing path towards unity concerns our re-discovery of ourselves at these extremely subtle levels.
For this reason, Unity Healing has a lot to do with being in nature, sensing nature, both inside ourselves and external to ourselves.

Quantum cosmology attempts to describe how the universe emanated from the void. Kant said space and time are the necessary categories of thought. Einstein taught us to think in terms of an interwoven spacetime. We comprehend our experience in terms of space-time geometry. A dynamical geometry, the psychophysical twelve-dimensional matrix, informs our very being. Consciousness-researcher David Chalmers suggests that perhaps the universe exists in terms of psychophysical laws, and that consciousness may involve both an information state and experiential state.
The maximum number of dimensions allowed to a symmetrically-divided sphere is twelve. The 12-dimensional model appears to offer a psychophysical solution to consciousness, quantum gravity, the origins of life, and the birth of the universe--the traditional subject matter of Qabala. We demonstrate that Kether is in Malkuth--information has both a physical and experiential aspect. The Right and Left Pillars of the Tree correspond to Right (spatial/behavioral) and Left Hemispheric (temporal/psychophysical) functioning.

When men and women punish each other for truth telling, we reinforce the notion that lies are better. To be loving we willingly hear the other’s truth, and most important, we affirm the value of truth telling. Lies may make people feel better, but they do not help them to know love.”

After more than thirty years, Love Is Letting of Fear continues to be among the most widely read and best-loved classics on personal transformation. Both helpful and hopeful, this little gem of a guide offers twelve lessons to help us let go of the past and stay focused on the present as we step confidently toward the future.
Renowned all over the world as the founder of Attitudinal Healing, Dr. Gerald Jampolsky reminds us that the impediments to the life we long for are nothing more than the limitations imposed on us by our own minds. Revealing our true selves, the essence of which is love, is ultimately a matter of releasing those limited--and limiting--thoughts and setting our minds free.
Love Is Letting of Fear has guided millions of readers along the path of self-healing with its deeply powerful yet profoundly humble message. Embrace it with an open mind and a willing heart and let it guide you to a life in which negativity, doubt, and fear are replaced with optimism, joy, and love.
A guide to this most important spiritual gift reveals why it is so difficult to forgive and how to finally achieve forgiveness, letting go of suffering and anger in the process. Original. 35,000 first printing. Tour.
„There is nothing more universal than the individual, for what is the property of each is the property of all.“ Add translation — Miguel de Unamuno Context: Egoism you say? There is nothing more universal than the individual, for what is the property of each is the property of all. Each man is worth more than the whole of humanity, nor will it do to sacrifice each to all save in so far as all sacrifice themselves to each. That which we call egoism is the principle of psychic gravity, the necessary postulate. "Love thy neighbor as thyself," we are told, the presupposition being that each man loves himself; and it is not said "Love thyself." And nevertheless, we do not know how to love ourselves.

23. 1. Spiritual Love is born of sorrow. . . . For men love one another with spiritual love only when they have suffered the same sorrow together, when through long days they have ploughed the stony ground buried beneath the common yoke of a common grief. It is then that they know one another and feel one another and feel with one another in their common anguish, and so they pity one another and love one another.

Consciousness (conscientia) is participated knowledge, is co-feeling, and co-feeling is com-passion. Love personalizes all that it loves. Only by personalizing it can we fall in love with an idea. And when love is so great and so vital, so strong and so overflowing, that it loves everything, then it personalizes everything and discovers that the total All, that the Universe, is also a person possessing a Consciousness, a Consciousness which in its turn suffers, pities, and loves, and therefore is consciousness. And this Consciousness of the Universe, which a love, personalizing all that it loves, discovers, is what we call God.
Miguel de Unamuno, Tragic Sense of Lif
It appears to me to be indisputable that he who I am to-day derives, by a continuous series of states of consciousness, from him who was in my body twenty years ago. Memory is the basis of individual personality, just as tradition is the basis of the collective personality of a people. We live in memory, and our spiritual life is at bottom simply the effort of our memory to persist, to transform itself into hope, the effort of our past to transform itself into our future. It has often been said that every man who has suffered misfortunes prefers to be himself, even with his misfortunes, rather than to be someone else without them. For unfortunate men, when they preserve their normality in their misfortune — that is to say, when they endeavor to persist in their own being — prefer misfortune to non-existence. For myself I can say that when a as a youth, and even as a child, I remained unmoved when shown the most moving pictures of hell, for even then nothing appeared to me quite so horrible as nothingness itself. It was a furious hunger of being that possessed me, an appetite for divinity, as one of our ascetics [San Juan de los Angeles] has put it.
There is no tyranny in the world more hateful than that of ideas. Ideas bring ideophobia, and the consequence is that people begin to persecute their neighbors in the name of ideas. I loathe and detest all labels, and the only label that I could now tolerate would be that of ideoclast or idea breaker.Recalled by Walter Starkie from a conversation he had with Unamuno, as related in the Epilogue of Unamun
